At King Paris Studio, we take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in pristine condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle, process, and deliver all orders.

  • Prints: Unframed prints typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Framed or Custom Orders: Framed or custom-sized pieces ship within 7–10 business days to allow for careful production and inspection.

  • All orders are carefully quality-checked before leaving our studio.

2. Packaging

  • All prints are shipped professionally rolled in protective tubes or boxes.

  • Framed works are packaged with reinforced materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • For fragile or high-value orders, we may use additional protective packaging at no extra cost.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We offer domestic and international shipping.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the selected service.

  • All packages are trackable, and tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

4. International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

5. Delivery Instructions

  • To ensure safe delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Unboxing and Care

  • Prints arrive rolled. After unboxing, lay your print flat for 12–24 hours to allow the paper to relax.

  • Do not place objects on top of the print during this time.

  • Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or humid environments while the print flattens.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue promptly.

  • King Paris Studio is not responsible for damage or loss occurring after delivery confirmation for properly packaged orders.
