This re-imagined Kota mask is presented through a bold homage to the orange tonal studies of Josef Albers, where color becomes structure and vibration. Set against a disciplined field of layered orange hues, the iconic Kota form emerges with quiet authority, its geometry intensified through contrast and restraint. Hand-applied Swarovski crystals are placed one by one, catching light and activating the surface, creating a dialogue between ancestral symbolism and modernist abstraction.
